Obviously we hope you'll love your purchase but if it's not quite right you may exchange it within 14 days from the date of despatch (you can find the despatch date on your despatch note). Rinkratz will exchange items if they are proved to be faulty on arrival or the item does not fit. We do not offer refunds.

Please return products in their original packaging with a completed Returns Form.

The products must be unused with their labels and packaging in tact. Should products be returned in an unsatisfactory state then Rinkratz reserve the right to refuse the exchange. We will exchange faulty goods for the same items as what was originally bought (includes size, colour and design) unless the item is out of stock.

The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.

Delivery charges are non-refundable on returned orders.

DVD's - You may return any unopened DVD for a full refund. Items that have been opened are not returnable unless they are faulty.
