Delivery

Upon submission of your order, your PAYPAL account will be charged for the full value and you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. All stock is subject to availability and RinkRatz reserve the right to refuse or restrict any order.
All orders received will normally be dispatched within 3-10 working days.

If there is a problem with your order preventing us from dispatching, we will normally contact you within 1-5 working days of the order being received by us. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly so we are able to contact you.
Deliveries are normally made within 3-5 working days from dispatch unless advised otherwise, or if being sent outside of the UK. Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be delivered before contacting us. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service.

Postage & Packaging

UK Orders

Our delivery price per order is £3.00.

International Orders

International orders can only be delivered to the address where your payment card is registered to. Orders to international addresses may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.
We currently deliver to the following countries. Please email us if we don't deliver to the country where you live.

With large orders your delivery costs may be higher than the standard cost. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to charge you a higher amount. You may cancel your order if the new delivery costs are not agreeable.
Important: Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

Obviously we hope you'll love your purchase but if it's not quite right you may exchange it within 14 days from the date of despatch (you can find the despatch date on your despatch note). Rinkratz will exchange items if they are proved to be faulty on arrival or the item does not fit.

We do not offer refunds.

Please return products in their original packaging with a completed Returns Form.

The products must be unused with their labels and packaging in tact. Should products be returned in an unsatisfactory state then Rinkratz reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.

Delivery charges are non-refundable on returned orders.

Please note: Website purchases can only be returned to our Internet Warehouse using the address on your Returns Form. Website returns cannot be accepted at RinkRatz Outlets.

DVD's - You may return any unopened DVD for a full refund. Items that have been opened are not returnable unless they are faulty.

While we try hard to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the website, neither RinkRatz, nor its information contributors can be held responsible for the accuracy of the information found on in the RinkRatz.co.uk site. The reproduction of colours on our site is as accurate as the photographic process will allow. Your monitor settings can also alter the appearance of products further. If any errors are discovered we reserve the right not to accept the order, in which case we will contact you to find out how you would like to proceed.

Ice Media Productions make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or anything that could damage your computer. It is your responsibility to make sure you have taken precautions to protect your computer from damage.

Cookies

RinkRatz.co.uk uses these to remember activity such as your shopping bag contents before you check out and your username for when you return back to the site. Delivery Charges

Acceptance of your Order

We reserve the right not to accept your order and payment for any reason. Upon submission of your order, your PAYPAL account will be charged for the full value and you will receive a order confirmation email at the email address you provided. Only upon shipment of your order is that confirmation that your order has been accepted. If we decide not to accept your order we will refund your initial form of payment as soon as possible.

Cancellation of your Order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items from the time of placing the order up to 7 days after despatch of the delivery. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reason. Order cancellations must be made in email, quoting your order number through our [place contact page link in here] page. If we have already shipped your order you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us within 14 days of despatch. Please do not open any sealed packaging or try on the items. The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so you may want to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately. Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Once we have received the item we will credit your card accordingly.

Privacy

Ice Media Productions is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act and observe the code of practice covering the use of personal data. We collect your information to keep in contact with you while we process your order and send you our newsletter if you have subscribed to it.

We will not share your data with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
